Go Live Your Life

I had a breakthrough this morning that I felt obligated to share with you. Instead of hiring me or any coach, go live your life. That's it. Yup. I'm not saying this in any passive-aggressive or reverse-psychology type of way. How the hell do I (or anyone for that matter) know what's best for YOUR experience?

We are all confused, scared, blundering humans trying to figure shit out. That's kind of the point. You will feel good. You will feel bad. You will laugh. You will cry. That, too.... is the point. You will get stressed, you will yell at your kids, you will make up with your kids, you will get passed over for a promotion, you will spill coffee on your shirt, and you will get your heart broken.

You do You

Now, please understand when I say this next part, I stand by my earlier assertion that I am not being passive-aggressive, and I genuinely want you to go live your life and experience it. However... if that isn't working for you... If you find you cannot find a way to view your situation differently or process what is keeping you from having the experience you want, then perhaps I can help. I don't have the answers for your life. I'm still figuring out the answers for mine. What I may be able to provide (again, only if you have exhausted all possibilities on your own) is a way for you to view the situation differently.

In the last 14 months, I have gotten divorced, had two of my beloved dogs cross the rainbow bridge, and lost a child before birth. If these events had happened to me a decade ago, I do not think I would have survived. At that time, I didn't have the tools and insight to be able to process and work through the emotions and ramifications.

That is really all I would ever really be able to provide you. I can't take your pain away. I can't change whatever situation you may be in. What I can do is share the tools and perspective that helped me gain perspective in my own life. Tools that have allowed me to find joy and freedom at any moment. But if you haven't gone out and experienced your own life, it won't matter.

So, I say again... go live your life. There is nothing wrong. There is nothing to fear. There is nothing wrong with you. There is nothing wrong with how you feel. Feel it. Embrace it. That's the point. Live your own experience fully.

And if that seems like too much of a struggle, then give me a call.
